A wine from a warm climate in Cotes du Rouissillon. With time more sweet raspberry fruit on the palate. Mainly Syrah with some Grenache and Mourvèdre. Carries its 15.5% ABV with ease. — 18 days ago

The 2023 Rosé is deep, complex and layered, with ripe nectarine, rose garden and sweet cherry fruit notes. Beautifully expressive and floral on the nose, savory, salty mineral tones meet red berry freshness and an undercurrent of spice in the mouth. While it suffers a typical CDP lack of acidity and vibrancy at this stage the fruit concentration makes this an above-average bottling and complements the growing complexity.
