This has a soul! Read the other reviews. Essential f….g awesome pardon my french! Hahahaha. In my book the best Champagne Producer out there and typically squirreled away by the ⭐️ ⭐️ Michelin‘s. Disgorged 03/12/2025. Zero Dosage. 10% Chard. 90% Pinot. 40 year old vines. An artist 🧑‍🎨 at work. Jason Berry the importer is my vino buddy - so I sometimes get first dips. So?…..earthy?, …some tannins! tons of bubbles. Real body here! Tart strawberry hint bitter. Not your everyday Champagne but for the the ones in the know…..what an experience! — 12 days ago
