Our favorite Napa cab in the $70 price bracket. Nose displays cherries and coffee. Palate is so well balanced with sage, sandalwood and soft brown sugar. Finish extends and expands. Youthful and energetic.

Blue and black fruits. A lot of density and terroir. This took about 5 hours decanting and in the glass to fully open up.
Excellent pairing for steak. Robust wine that turned super smooth.
Went head to head with ‘15 Caymus SS and IMO beat it out handily. — 2 months ago
Sadly let this sit too long. Overly aged but not terrible. Definitely reason notes and fuller body. Would be interested to try again and drink younger… — 6 days ago
Amazing. Powerful. Rich. Long. Luxurious. This is an impressive wine. So New World! Its immediate and in your face but it still has do many refined elements. Layered fruit, earth and heft. Blueberry. Graphite. Cassis. Long. Remarkable wine. … did I say long? — 2 months ago
2015 vintage still has boysenberry & plum notes, with soft tannins from aging 9 years. Hints of dark chocolate and coffee with slight hints wet stone — 2 months ago
Lovely wine. Sad it was my last bottle of the 16s. Lovely fruit, great minerality, drinking so well now. I’d give it a taste on the open, then let it sit for an hour and then really enjoy it. It needs an hour decant and it just sings. Go ahead and open it up, ya drinking wonderful! — 3 months ago
Slightly sweet raspberry, smooth tannins — 8 days ago
An incredible dessert wine, so so good — 7 days ago

2018 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 15 mins and one hour. Beautifully feminine and expressive nose leapt out of the decanter. Medium body. Nice balance of dark fruits and tannins but slightly disjointed. A bigg Napa vintage so either another decade or a three hour decant would seem to be the ticket here. 01.31.25. — a day ago
