Update: I enjoyed this much more on the second day, so I bumped up my rating. More floral complexity and dry citrus came through. Also better not too cold - give it 30 minutes out of the fridge. — 3 years ago

Very rich and deep. Really singing now. Raging Aglianico tannins have been mellowed by 12 years in bottle but are still prominent with a bit of grip. Dark black fruit but tart, loads of acidity. Well balanced. Would have liked a bit more nose. — 2 years ago
