We tried this in like 2019 and we were blown away! We bought something like 4 more bottles and drank them over the years. Each time, there was more happening. And this time, there’s a whole new depth.

Lots of acid and the early dryness quickly moves into a tangy apricot flavour. There’s some green apple and even hazelnut at the end and a long mouth feel.

Light ruby hue. Wonderful bouquet of caramel, cherry, cola, oak, raspberry, smoke, strawberry, tar, vanilla. Medium body, medium tannins, and plus acidity. Soft, integrated tannins with a long finish. Very well-balanced. — 10 months ago
