I’ve forgotten how reasonably priced wine is in Italian restaurants. Interesting that “Tommasi” is the producer, because the label says it was only bottled by Tommasi. Loved this. It was indeed elegant if a bit more fruity than I would have expected. — a year ago
Medium light ruby garnet , wide terracotta , garnet rim . Quite discreet on the nose , herbal touches , dried rose , some dried red plum and menthol . On the palate a bit more fresh red fruits , cherry and red plum , but some dry spice and a sweet liquorice tinged medium length finish . Balanced acidity and rounded tannin, just slightly warming alcohol so I would drink this slightly cooler. This is still drinking quite well though has lost quite a bit of fresh fruit , so I would drink this sooner than later . Now and over the next couple of years . — 2 months ago
Excellent Vernaccia Reserve. Minerality, slight salt, and full bodied. — 7 months ago
This one not corked! Tight, muscular, and more feral than the Casisano. Fennel. Grip. Baby Brunello.

Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon yellow color, blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Bianco, with aromas of fruit and floral notes, aged for about 6 months, 50/50 in stainless and oak. On the palate flavors of pear, apple and lemon citrus with notes of floral and vanilla. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and chalky mineral character. Nice! — 10 days ago
