アルコール度数は12.5と今どき珍しい度数。
ザクザクドリンカブル系かと思いきや、果実味は抑えめだが、酸やボディはしっかり目で余韻もリッチ。
2015ということで、開く前は結構酸タッチで固かったんだろうと思う。
開けたては、トマトや赤い果実に茶色いスパイスが少し。
開いてくるとタバコや枯れ葉なんかの熟成した雰囲気もあったが、数日間は楽しめそう。
さすがカラブレッタ。
ちなみにもう少し寝かせたら、さらにエレガントでさらに良くなると思う。 — a year ago

Fabulous with the pakora and the bold, rich pizza with spinach, almond pesto, cheese blend, garlic ricotta, shaved onion, and Asiago. Also lovely as a quaffing wine once we finished the food. This is a great place for cocktails, food, and wine. — a year ago
