So acidic, so salty. My favorite kind of white. Was perfect with a shrimp curry. — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2022 pours, a bright magenta color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is a deliciously quaffable Rosado and yet has enough complexity and “je ne sais quoi” to grab one’s attention. Drink now and over the next handful of years. Uncle Raúl is a master. — 9 months ago
Nice acidity. Feels like moderate dense, fresh and clear in — 19 days ago

Juicy and a lot of fun to drink. Dark fruits, blackberries and blueberries. Maybe even a little smoke. — 5 days ago
