Great food, wine served a little warm - will dig something out of their cellar next… — 10 months ago
I found it very aromatic and exploding with #Cabernetfranc aromas and flavors. It’s clean and fluid and fantastic for the price. #saintemilion — 3 years ago
Very very good. Red fruit. Chocolate. Chalk. Well balanced. — 4 years ago
No sediment when this half bottle poured. Bright acidity, subtle red fruits when handled gently, with patience. — 5 years ago
Medium body, minerality, lemon & other citrus with a surprisingly soft mouth feel. — 8 years ago
An excellent Pinot Noir. Balanced, slightly tart cherry flavor with a floral bouquet. Love it. — 4 months ago
2022 vintage. I tasted this 8 months ago, and today it is even better. Another incredible Bordeaux value in a great vintage. 100% Merlot, from the excellent Château de la Dauphine. They don't mention this on their website, so I am not sure how it relates to their other wines. Normally about 10 euros a bottle ( which is a steal), and today I found this delicious organic wine in a local supermarket for 7,95 euro! Hard to beat for that price. Ripe and juicy, uncomplicated pleasure. Abv. 14%. — 8 months ago
Very nice. Has medium finish - not soft or big, just nice. — 2 years ago

A long two weeks forging our new “frontier” deserves this aptly named drop of gorgeous grape juice. Blackberry jam and tobacco with some pepper. #VAMOS — 7 years ago

An excellent wine. Still fresh and will improve with more time in the cellar. Full-bodied, cassis, blackberries, cherry, cola, and a bit of spice. — 9 months ago
A really good Chardonnay. A rich wine with a touch of oak on the finish. — 2 years ago
Melon de Bourgogne by Jerome Bretaudeau from vineyards on granite soils. Raised in concrete egg for 18 months. Green apple, citrus and minerals on the nose. Quite rich, round, textured, saline. Good length — 4 years ago
Good aroma with herb, forest like. Slight sweet strawberry flavor, bright and enough acidity. Soft tanning. Pretty, charming world be good word to express this wine. Gilbert et Christine Felettig La Justice Gevrey Chambertin 2017 @2250, domaine - 302, 210316-210423 — 5 years ago
Bouchard’s Blanc de Noirs Val Vilaine is especially strong in 2017 and also a fabulous introduction to this range of magnificent Champagnes. Beautifully resonant and inviting, the 2017 is so gorgeous. Pear, baked apple, dried flowers, mint and spice all build as the 2017 opens up in the glass. More than anything else, the 2017 impresses with its poise and raciness. The slightly reductive character found in some previous releases is not present in the 2017, and that really lets the purity of the fruit shine through. Bouchard does not push this site to the degree he does most of his other vineyards, so the Val Vilaine doesn’t quite offer the complexity of the top wines here, but words really can’t do justice to just how delicious the 2017 is. Don’t miss it. No dosage. Disgorged: April, 2019. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, December 2019)

Dark inky in color with a short reddish/ brick rim.
Strong nose of cooked black fruits with cedar, vanilla, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, light earth and black pepper.
Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry, and still fruity on the palate, with blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, tobacco, cedar, chocolates, vanilla, licorice, cola and mediterranean spices.
Long finish with soft tannins and cherries.
This 22 year old Bordeaux blend from Beckstoffer Vineyard in Napa Valley is drinking gorgeously now. Rich and fruit forward, extremely complex and engaging. Well balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
Still drinking at its peak, although will not get better from this point on, as it feels like it is at the end of its peak.
I did not decant it, and let it open up in the bottle. Delicious after an hour, and a great sipping wine.
A superb experience at this point in time.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
95 points. — 4 days ago
