Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple of hours. The 2021 pours a deep purple color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe dark fruits: blackberries, dark cherry, plums, purple flowers, cocoa, organic earth and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. A crowd pleaser to drink now but with enough substance to enjoy through 2036. — 5 months ago
Very dark burgundy with a lot of ruby and dark purple tones.
Earthy, cheese rind and mushroom dominate the nose. Surprising tannins, ultra tight and intense this one needs to sit for another 5 years at least - maybe longer-;regretting opening it now.
I don't have the experience to know what this will become but I know that it will be a greater wine than it is today. — 6 hours ago

Great daily in a great Viennese French bistrot. Highly recommend Le Pic and its maître d — 8 months ago
very pretty, elegant structure, a little dusty , a little too rich on the dark fruits, like a little over ripe. but all in all very nice 11 year old wine — 10 months ago
