Very tasty with a bit of dark chocolate — 6 months ago
Cherry, raspberry preserves, blackberry, currant, vanilla, dark chocolate and oak. Full-bodied and moderate tannins. — 4 years ago
Light straw color. Aromas of peaches, freshly baked bread, white flowers and tropical fruits. Very pleasant tropical fruit medley on the palate as well along with hints of apple, lemon, brioche and spiced nuts. Interesting salty/mineral note on the finish. Bright and acid driven. Creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture but (according to the winemaker) it does not come from oak aging. (Lees contact). Great value! — 6 months ago
I like this wine. It’s Merlot, with plenty of plum, blueberry, and black currant. It’s rich but not heavy. There’s enough tannin and acid to give it structure, which balances the new world fruit profile. Excellent balance, especially for the price point. — 9 months ago
picked this one up at the wine shop @ Chelsea Market in New York. Consumed it during my quarantine in Shanghai. I’m very pleased with it. A typical Gevrey-Chambertin. Robust aroma. — 3 years ago
