Blend of Mencia, Brancellao and Espadeiro from vineyards in Condado de Tea, Rias Baixas. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Juicy red fruit, some smoky notes. Fresh, savory, easy to drink — 9 months ago
100 % Brancellao, an indigenous variety from Galicia, sourced from vineyards in the Condado de Tea subzone, an inland strip in the southern part of the Rías Baixas appellation (close to Ribeiro). Delicate, perfumed nose with notes of red fruit, smoke and some floral, medicinal notes. Light, ethereal and fresh. Slightly rustic, dusty tannins — 3 years ago
A simple package for this nice little Tempranillo from Spain. Good maroon, red with a bit of purple in the center. Smells like black pepper, perfume and blackberry/cherry pie. Flavors are musky, smokey and berry-licious. Hint of floral stuff (rosewater and violet candies) in the mix too. This was a great deal for $5 at Grocery Outlet. Would be nice with a roasted garlic-y, rosemary chicken and potatoes. — 3 months ago
A straightforward but good Tempranillo - earthy, spice, smoke, good fruit extraction, and the oak is noticeable, but enough acidity to balance it out. — 8 months ago
€15 on the restaurant wine list. Very nice low priced wine with a Moroccan & Lebanese dinner. Will look for this at the wine shops for enjoying at home. — 2 years ago

Bright ruby red color. Aromas of red and black berry fruit, leather and a hint of dusty earth. Flavors of red and black bramble berries, chocolate, spice and toasted oak. Nice long finish and pleasing texture. Medium bodied and well balanced. Much better than expected. Excellent QPR! — a month ago
