This Etna Rosso is made with 100% Nerello Mascalese (a local variety) that offers a beautiful ruby hue and ripe black cherry, strawberry, pomegranate notes, rose water, licorice, anise, clove, crushed gravel, and earthiness. It’s vibrant and ripe.
It vinified in stainless steel and matured in both neutral oak (for 12 mos) and stainless steel (for another 10 months), lending texture and delicate spice notes. — 3 months ago
Again a bottle to my liking. So guess that previous one was off. High in acids, tangerine fruits, classic bitters — 23 days ago
Fabulous. Aged in the cellar until 2024. Could have even left longer perhaps. — 23 days ago

Nice blend of tannins, fruit, spice for a meal spanning seafood and meat. Would have again. — 4 months ago
