Belle Glos

Las Alturas Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

Really tasty. Perhaps the first Cali Pinot noir that I’ve enjoyed, also probably because it drinks more like a zin. Dark opaque red. Slightly smokey. Full bodied. Bought it on sale for $35. Would love to have again. Had with apps on New Year’s Eve, but would be great with food and could even hold up to a heartier meal (steak, etc). — 4 days ago

Daou Vineyards

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Deep purple color. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and licorice. Loads of black fruit on the palate, cigar box and earthy finish. Very nice double magnum.

Liquid Farm

White Hill Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay 2022

Tropical aromatics, slightly buttery, perfumed jasmine.

Grapey, sunshine, minerals, California breeze. Nice chalky chew.

Papaya and melon fruits combine with minerality and a soft acidity that produces a super well balanced Chablis like Chardonnay that still holds on to its grippy California terroir

Incredible wines. Extremely challenging vintage for this part of California.

I love this stuff. Perfectly balances a creamy, comfort-wine vibe with real sophistication. Behind the creaminess, distinct blueberry, crushed red berry, pepper notes. I previously reviewed the 2020; I think this is slightly better. At mom's. — a day ago

Ten Estate Vineyard Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

We had the 2015 Vintage on 1/3-5/25. Medium bodied. An excellent Pinot Noir. Nice mouthfeel. Black cherry blackberry and Asian spice. Really good — 7 hours ago
