This was one of the better Tempranillos we’ve had. — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of four days. Best on Day 1 and Day 2 though, still enjoyable on Day 4. Personally, I just think the freshness in day one and two was more redeeming. The 2020 pours a deep ruby color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart and ripe bramble fruit, black cherry, new leather, carnations, dried thyme and subtle baking spices. On the palate, the white is dry, medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose with the addition of a coffee character, more like espresso. The finish his medium+. This is a notable, modern take on Chianti Classico without the DOCG. Drink now through 2030+. Solid with pizza. — 2 months ago
Really good. Had at Victoria's New years dinner with filet mignon. — 2 months ago

Decant or give it at least 15 minutes in the glass. Spicy plum and nail varnish nose. Plum, dark cherry, vanilla, and cigar box in a medium body, resolving to medium tannins in a long, earthy finish. Delightful Costco find. — a month ago
Esporão never disappoints. Oak really comes through with Bold wild berries, a hint of anise and vanilla. Alcohol is maybe a little too prominent which makes me think in a couple of years of cellaring this its true character will truly shine. — 2 months ago
Costco rioja. Good. Would get again. Maybe not as good as some of the others but still good. Dry. A little fruity. — 2 months ago
