Highly recommended by sommelier to go with sole. Very smooth, citrus notes, — 6 months ago
Everything you'd expect and like. Lots of quince and pear on the nose, well balanced St Aubin, good value, can't lose! — 8 months ago

Perfectly evolved, expressive with nice richness & yet restraint and minerality.
Rich on the nose with ripe pear, green pineapple, (over)ripe lemons, a whiff of papaya. Plus a good dose of crème brûlée, some matchstick reduction and a fresh, chalky, minty element adding freshness. So enticing.
Starts rich & broad on the palate with ripe, sweet exotic fruit and some brioche, vanilla pastry notes. The taut lemony acidity cuts through and tightens there frame. And then the chalky, stony mineral kicks in adding depth & complexity. Rich yet with depth, character & elegant complexity.
I was fearing premox but this has aged beautifully and is peaking right now. What a joy! — 2 years ago

Nose is lemony and mineral. Grassy notes as well and so clean. Like an air spray of Macon. Some deep green apple and pear scents as it airs. Palate is so juicy and my goodness is this mineral. Steely and intense with some green apple skin and terrific purity and freshness. Great concentration and so lean. This is the polar opposite of the “fat Macon.” Really chewy, dense and structured. Awesome sweet spring like fruit and a terrific finish. Wow this is getting very aromatically complex with some air. — 5 days ago
