Enjoyed in Paris at the Hôtel de Crillon bar with old friends. Made it taste even better 🥰 Crisp, citrus and and mineral-forward. — 3 years ago
What beautiful wine. The secondary fruit notes are coming through, some dried fruit, more body. This is still an insanely austere wine. Sea shells, lemons, apples, chamomile, flowers, more apples, orange blossom. It’s just so much better with the fruit tasting older. So glad I experienced this over a few years to see how champagne evolves. 2015 harvest, disgorged jun 2019, no dosage. — 2 months ago
Bee on the nose. Lisa. Heavy body and salty at the end. Nice — 2 years ago
Like my last rating apparently, this is a denser, weightier Jacquere than I am used to. I like it - just seems more into Altesse territory. Lovely fruit, melon, lemongrass, mineral finish. — 6 years ago

Same producer and same vintage (2018) of the Sancerre we tried earlier tonight, this Pouilly-Fume is simply a much superior wine to the Sancerre, much more youthful, tart, complex Sauvignon Blanc fruit, long, lingering finish!! — a month ago
