Chablis? At least that’s what I thought in our blind. Lemons, pears, sea spray, flint, and a touch of walnut on the nose. Good intensity on the palate. Heaps of acidity but it didn’t come off too austere. Has some textural richness. Zingy, mineral finish. Very enjoyable and one to revisit. — 2 months ago
