The Trouble with Dreams Chardonnay Blend

Flowery nose becoming quite yeasty; very vinous with oversized bubbles and a broad palate with distinct apple fruit. Not trying to be Champagne and delicious. — 6 months ago

Sea Of Dreams Garnacha

Bought from Peckham cellars (presumed). Subtle but well rounded. Nice hints of apple and a little bit of pear. Decent mineralality but still smooth. — 3 years ago

Henry of Pelham Family Estate

Niagara Peninsula VQA Pinot Noir 2020

Never in my dreams would I think of really enjoying Ontario red wine, and secondly, enjoying an Ontario Pinot Noir. This was delicious. Perfect for a late summer evening dinner. Notes of red/dark cherries, raspberries, blueberries, followed by cloves, mild leather, and mild peppery tobacco, with refreshingly well balanced tannin. A complex, beautifully expressed Pinot, that surprisingly can hold up with a steak. Also a great $$ value. — 2 years ago
