Another solid vintage of this consistently good Provence Rose’. This vintage’s blend is Grenache (50%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (20%). Light pink in color with some lavender highlights. Fruit forward aromas of strawberry, watermelon, red flowers and lemon zest. Same fruity flavors with additional notes of peach, orange, and minerals. Touch of white pepper on the tart finish. Crisp, refreshing and clean with a faint hint of sweetness. Nice balance of acidity and alcohol (12.5%). Thanks for sharing, Chris B! — 2 months ago
2016 vintage. Superb, with just the right balance of dryness and flavor — 2 months ago
Leathery notes on the nose. Dry and great blackberry on the palette. Very nice. — a month ago
classic, pure, old vine (60-80 yo) Burgundy. really clean and polished. — 2 months ago
2022 vintage. Heavy body. Dark fruited nose. Big mouthfeel and super smooth. Eerily similar textures to recently tasted 2019 Rostaing La Landonne (9.6) and 2019 Côte Blonde (9.5) Côte-Rôties. If you're a syrah fan, you owe it to yourself to taste this at some point. 03.14.25. — a month ago
Medium lemon colour , gold reflexes . Quite a lot of ripe yellow fruits , lemon rind and , orange flower . On the palate this is quite rich and round on the palate with yellow fruits, lemon rind , orange and almost some apricot or peach . Quite high alcohol but balanced acidity, good intensity , quite dense though just balanced overall. Would have preferred a little less weight and a bit more freshness . Alright length . This is ready now , but will probably last another 3-5 years but I wouldn’t leave it too long. — a month ago
Dar rubi robe, nose of blackcurrant, anise and limestone. Very cabernet in the mouth with the peppery register, rounded up by the ripe Merlot. Great acidity and balance, an excellent bottle just lacking a bit of complexity which is typical of the 2000 bordeaux. — 2 months ago
