The fruit vibrations are almost too strong when first opened- but what fruit! Crushed red, ripe cherries, like if Willy Wonka decided to go all in on cherries alone. Things settle down with air & some semblance of balance returns. Also some more typical Cab Franc notes of bay leaf emerge. Mostly drunk w Harissa braised chicken thighs & onions, but its low tannic structure also deal for post meal. — 7 months ago

Easy drinking at its best! Light and juicy, but by no means superficial. Dark berries, Cherry, some earthern notes and pepper. Gentle flow with medium acidity on the palate, tanins finish with a short and finely dosed grip. — 2 years ago
Beautiful Bourgogne. Enjoying this with a Bavettw Wagyu in Paris. What more could you want. Light, floral, red. — 4 months ago
Medium lemon colour . Lemon zest , slightly floral , toasty notes . On the palate lemon richness , with a toasty mineral , seashell note . Balanced acidity and long finish , still quite young and fresh . Would probably benefit from a bit more time in bottle , better in 5 years and then drink over the next 5. Lots of promise and certainly not overly marked by the vintage. — 7 months ago
