Classic. Lots of nice berry flavor. Not much length. — 3 months ago
Flavorful white Côtes du Rhône (Grenache Blanc) with smooth finish, served at Old Vines wine bar, Kennebunk, ME — 4 months ago
Very easy drinking, food friendly and a heck of a bargain. — a month ago
It’s such an interesting wine to me because it shifts so dramatically w age & air: at five years it’s drinking quite nicely, with a much more vibrant fruit profile than I’ve had w other bottles & previous vintages. Tasted blind my buddy thought Languedoc & quite jammy. To my palate not jammy as fruits more small berry & not so open knit. For some reason I’ve never seemed to open these bottles at the right time, save for now, which makes me think 🤔 m a damn poor judge or these bottles are finicky, or both! Quite refined & elegant, fine black currants & blackberries. — 4 months ago

Oxidative Savignin perfection. Ripe golden delicious, lemon curd, chantilly cream, hazelnut skin. Delicate, energetic, and elegant. Absolutely gorgeous. — 3 months ago
Took some time to unwind & unfurl: showed copious aromas of black fruits, mocha, smoked meat notes, leading to generous mid-palate w/integrated tannins. There is clearly concentration here, great extraction without being overdone, ABV in check, pretty solid - not elegant or refined now, but has potential. A workingman’s wine. — 3 months ago
