2018 vintage. Double decanted and tasted after one hour at approx 59-60 degrees. Medium Chablis body. Lilacs, lemon curd, minerals aplenty along with a slightly curious, white pepper, finishing splash. Obviously too soon as this could easily stretch two decades. Saying this as a decided Chablis non-fan but this was arguably the best white (sparkling or flat) I've had in quite a spell. Le woof. 10.25.25. — 20 hours ago
Well balanced flowery and citrusy. The after taste is minerally and caramaly and develops for a while. — a month ago
Very typical way of producing. Top wine with classic elements but bever dull. Dense. Hints of tropical fruit and lemon zest. With a long….. finish. Delicate not buttery. I would not recognitie it in a blind tasting as a Meursault. Must try for Evert Burgundy lover. — 2 months ago
