Lovely aperitif, pairs well with cheese and fruit, best served very chilled to help balance the acidity. — 7 months ago

So easy to drink — 5 months ago
Star bright rose gold. Quickly dissipating white mousse; fine bubbles. Dried apple, dried cherries, and marzipan on the inviting nose. Echoed on the medium+ palate which adds toasted brioche and light ash. Bracing acidity (of course) and a remarkably long finish that continues primarily the dried fruit aspects. Wonderful Blanc de Noirs with excellent balance between juicy fruit and acidic backbone. Drink it when you buy it. — a year ago
