The girls: “it smells like cherry jolly rancher” and “mozzarella”? A big thanks to Lisa @ Kermit Lynch for all her wisdom! — 16 days ago

Mephisto Cabernet Franc 2015

We first had this in Amboise, France. I did find a bottle in the US. Opened it today and makes me remember why we loved it so much. Juicy and red fruits. Still has some structure as a 9 year old wine. Very nice acidity. Lots of raspberry and cassis notes. We enjoyed it on our patio! — 3 months ago

Granite Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne 2018

Love this stuff: underrated varietal & Bossard is a master: pale straw colored, fresh citrus, salinity & minerals galore. This is a lean angular assassin. We had fish tacos - just fantastic. These are age-worthy so no hurry to drink — 6 months ago

Dr Pepper. Thinner than the last Beaujolais I had today but still mighty tasty. — 20 days ago

Clos Sénéchal Bourgueil Cabernet Franc 2014

Very pretty. Manure, controlled. Cherry, roses, violets, black currant, and sexy musk. Ripping acids. Transparent burgundy character. Just entering its drinking window — 5 months ago

Régnié Gamay

Solid beauj. Lightweight with super soft (if any) tannins. Nose has an overriding vegetal characteristic. Mildest cherry finish. — 2 months ago

Le Dilettante Vouvray Chenin Blanc

Opening bottle for a grand summer dinner w friends. Sharp & incisive, sparkling Chenin by ‘natural’ vintners whose funky reds I remember fondly. — 6 months ago
