A favorite from Illahe Vineyards. The 2020 vintage is flush with apple, pear notes. — 3 months ago
100% with this one. Light and smooth with just enough boldness to satisfy any red drinker. — 7 months ago

A favorite Willamette Valley producer of mine. The wines are charming, soulful, and Burgundian. There’s so much earthy red fruit here. Cherries, strawberries, leaves, and soil after a fresh rain. Impeccably integrated spice and polish from oak aging. The folks at Illahe are experimental artisans that love the land they work. That consistently shows in their entire lineup. Pair with sautéed mushrooms.
Is anyone else noticing that Europeans are discovering the value of Oregon in comparison to their Burgundian counterparts? 👀 — 6 months ago
Crisp and dry! Bought at grant park market. Bought the 2022. — 7 months ago
Light, acidic, crisp. Not super dry but also not sweet. Notes of grapefruit? — 8 months ago

Stone fruit lemon curd, chalk, enough body, depth, and off-dry flavor to hold onto a rich butternut squash soup and bone-in chicken breast. Light straw with aromatics of citrus and mineral. Good value. — a month ago
