Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Delectable Wine
9.1

Remarkably pretty, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon wafts up with an array of sweet violet florals, black cherries and the slightest trace of white pepper. This is soothingly soft and round yet energized by a core of zesty acidity that propels its tart wild berry fruits across the palate. It finishes long and gently tannic yet pleasantly fresh. A bitter tinge curls the tongue and keeps the mouth watering for more. (Eric Guido, Vinous, July 2024)

Domaine Jean-Louis Chave

Hermitage Syrah 1978

From Mag. An absolute wow of a bottle. The nose is crazy intense, lucid and profound. Dark plum fruit with a whiff of band aid, iron, black pepper, a tangy meatiness. Loads of delicate floral notes floating around, but a soulful and pristine bottle. As fresh as an early 2000’s bottle but so much age and precision going on. Wonderful. Just spectacular. — 2 months ago

Wedding Cuvée Sparkling Blend 2019

SPARKLING LUNCH

Pale salmon in color.

Light red fruits on the nose with apples, apricots, strawberries, minerals, yeast, brioche and spices.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, citrus, lemons, apples, yeast, spices, bread, minerals and light sea salt.

Long finish with lemons and limes.

This is a delicious Rosé Sparkling wine from Russian River Valley. Nicely balanced and elegant.

Delicate and reserved. Fruity, crisp and easy drinking. Feels like a Rosé Champagne.

Needs 45 minutes of airtime to open up properly. Worth the wait.

This vintage Sparkling wine will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
