If you have it, drink it - it ain’t getting any better folks. Took 15-30min of air to fully open. Still has red fruits for days, nice licorice, gamey, and mushroom/foresty notes with some remaining tannins. Fun experience with well aged burg to kick off the weekend — 3 years ago
