Deep red/purple color. Aromas of red berries/cherries, pomegranate, leather, purple flowers and cloves. More blackberry fruit on the pallet with hints of tomato, black pepper and vanilla. Aromas and flavors of ripe peach, lime, melon, and touches of starfruit and passion fruit. Surprisingly round texture given this wine only sees 4 months of cooperage in 95% stainless steel and 5% neutral French oak. Just slight hint of sweetness on the crisp finish.
