Fine Etna Rosso, volcanic minerals, herbs, full, smooth. — 13 days ago
Great fruit even at this age. The only issue I had besides the slight bell pepper is how rough the tannins were and the coconut on the nose. American oak? Not something i’d think Roy would use. — a month ago
Terrific!! Dark fruit, even tannins, smooth lingering taste — 3 days ago
A little farmyardy on opening, but still some pleasure in this forgotten oldie from the cellar when it opened up… — 15 days ago

A powerful and decadent nose. Bloody deep plum, black cherry, tar. Young and tightly wound. Excellent material- a way to go. — 4 hours ago
Lovely purity of fruit. Lots of blueberries. — 4 days ago

Tawny coloration with the slightest bit of transparency. On the nose, cherry, currants, plum, forest floor, sweet tobacco and florals. On the palate, full body, cherry, plum, spice, leather, sweet tobacco, earth/dust/minerals, tannins strong and chewy. Long finish of chocolate and sweet berry. Layered and complex wine. — 4 hours ago
