@Doug Powers thanks to a wine mentor I too learned of the beauty of aged Muscadet. He also educated me that Bojo can age. When ignorance is turned into knowledge, it can be very rewarding.
@Ira Schwartz, I remember visiting Marc Olivier @ Pepiere one January (2007?) with two of my wine group friends, he climbed in our car and we drove out to see some of the vineyards, including Clisson. The amount of shells and granite was amazing. One of the nicest vignerons I’ve ever met!!
