Stunning creation from Clos du Marquis is a testament to the magnificent 2005 vintage. The wine offers an impeccable harmony of rich blackcurrant and plum aromas, intertwined with elegant notes of cedar, tobacco, and subtle spices. Its structured tannins and vibrant acidity create a perfectly balanced palate, while the long, sophisticated finish leaves a memorable impression. A truly remarkable expression of the Saint-Julien terroir that continues to evolve beautifully with time. — 2 months ago
I found this wine balanced. I had it with surf and turf, and it was a good pairing — 3 months ago

My favorite Roilette bottling. Old vine; 90+. This is proof that Cru Beaujolais can age. Darker and heavier than your typical Gamay. Darker fruit, mix of red and black fruit. More structure and a little oak, medium tannins. Becoming harder and harder to source. Have a vertical from 2013 to 2020. — 2 months ago

Dar rubi robe, nose of blackcurrant, anise and limestone. Very cabernet in the mouth with the peppery register, rounded up by the ripe Merlot. Great acidity and balance, an excellent bottle just lacking a bit of complexity which is typical of the 2000 bordeaux. — 22 days ago
