2020 vintage. MV Shiraz. MV stands for both Mc Laren Vale and Multiple Vineyards, as this is a 100% Shiraz blend from 4 of the 6 biodynamically farmed Paxton estates. All parcels were vinified seperately, aged in French oak and blended prior to bottling. Intense perfume of blackberries and subtle spices with a hint of eucalyptus. Fresh, energetic and balanced with very good spicy length. Abv. 14%. — 4 years ago

Probably the most structured and darkest munjebel due to the higher clay content of the soil. Missing some acidity, dark red fruit, spices and earthy tones. A bit flabby and heady. Missing the grip of the other munjebels. — 3 months ago
