Red fruit, mild, cherry , stone. Nice for the price — a month ago
Still quite dark purple-red color, nose is quite closed, some mineral, iodine and black pepper aromas, red and black fruits which taste quite primary and youthful, great acid balance, structure shows in the long, lingering finish, I’d guess 10-15 more years of further aging on this to maturity, but awfully great tonight!! — 2 months ago
I really enjoyed the complexity of this wine. Maybe it’s because they use 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and bottle unfiltered. Flavor profile includes blackberries, raspberry, and an earthy finish.
if you have a chance to enjoy a bottle, don’t hesitate.

Purchased at the winery on my single visit there, had gone to pick up the Syrah, and was very taken with this tiny production Mondeuse. Rich, but not heavy, rustic in some ways, but amazing “mountain fruit” depth and great acidity which largely hides the structure and tannins, long, lingering finish, needs a fair amount of cellaring, though beautiful tonight!! — 2 months ago
HWT - $150 I really loved it without food and Eric loved it with food. It was a truly exceptional wine. — 4 months ago
Amazingly perfect — 16 days ago
1976. Niebaum-Coppola Vineyard. It’s brilliant. I’ve had the a few years ago and it’s holding on a nice plateau for now. Everything is in harmony with cedar sweet tobacco and dried cherry-cola flavors. Drink ‘em if you’ve got ‘em. — 4 months ago
Leave this open at least one hour before consuming. Rich Cabernet Sauvignon with leather and smooth tannins in the finish. Nice example of California Cabernet Sauvignon but not extraordinary. — 5 months ago

Really good!
1hr+ decant. Drinking at its apex. Dark red color with purple rims. Super complex nose with too many things to list. Palate is equally complex with Napa sweetness, big tannins, and it just sticks to your mouth/tongue. Medium plus depth and finish. — 19 days ago
