Amazingly perfect — 5 months ago
Purchased at the winery on my single visit there, had gone to pick up the Syrah, and was very taken with this tiny production Mondeuse. Rich, but not heavy, rustic in some ways, but amazing “mountain fruit” depth and great acidity which largely hides the structure and tannins, long, lingering finish, needs a fair amount of cellaring, though beautiful tonight!! — 6 months ago

I really enjoyed the complexity of this wine. Maybe it’s because they use 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and bottle unfiltered. Flavor profile includes blackberries, raspberry, and an earthy finish.
if you have a chance to enjoy a bottle, don’t hesitate.

Purchased during a trip to Napa. As good as advertised! — 6 years ago
Really good!
1hr+ decant. Drinking at its apex. Dark red color with purple rims. Super complex nose with too many things to list. Palate is equally complex with Napa sweetness, big tannins, and it just sticks to your mouth/tongue. Medium plus depth and finish. — 5 months ago
Red fruit, mild, cherry , stone. Nice for the price — 6 months ago
1976. Niebaum-Coppola Vineyard. It’s brilliant. I’ve had the a few years ago and it’s holding on a nice plateau for now. Everything is in harmony with cedar sweet tobacco and dried cherry-cola flavors. Drink ‘em if you’ve got ‘em. — 8 months ago

Intense red fruited aromas and flavors, a little less tannic and structured than the 2007, but this shows bracing acidity at the present time, long, lingering finish, which the incredible acid backbone lifts and lengthens, another wine to ideally drink from 25-30 years after the vintage! — 17 days ago
