2012 in 11/23....Snagged from KL Auction in Cali days. Stored perfectly. Let down w my 1st SQN experience but poss my own fault for too patient. O2. Better on day 5. Rich, viscosity, peach, stone fruit. Alc seemed tame for 15.2...Ch,Rous,Vio, Pet Manseng...could tell this was once a fascinating and delicious wine though likely a btl i'd need help with. This one more interesting than delicious. Damn! — a year ago
2014 vintage. Last tasted 4.26.23. Decanted both times. Deep, thoughtful nose interspersed with bludgeoned moments. Massive bod. A great blood orange streak in there from mid-palate to the not so bitter end. Still carrying plenty of baby fat and built for the long haul. 1.24.24. — 9 months ago
A very energetic mouthful, somehow ripe and pulling it own weight (with acidic towing equipment) so you don’t feel the weight but you know it has a body, like me in an empire waist dress. Zingy ripe raspberry makes friends with preserved lemon while white toast and white pepper duel it out as to who is the loudest (but not the whitest we know the toast wins that). Really a delicious steal from Tasmania. — 7 months ago
Dense boysenberry in color: nose of blackcurrant, spice and a little licorice; lovely texture of fully ripe fruit that’s bright with just enough supporting tannin. SQN always so solid. — 2 years ago

Wonderful champagne. Disgorged Dec 2020, 7g dosage. So full and lovely - quite yeasty and a very full mouthfeel and body. Long finish with good acid. Precise bubbles. Delicious. — 17 days ago
