Medium ruby color. Aromas of mushrooms, forest floor, black cherries and wildflowers. Leaning toward dried blackberry fruit on the palate with additional notes of black cherry, balsamic vinegar, black pepper and dried herbs. Wonderful salty/earthy note on the long and lingering finish. So complex and lively. Medium bodied and well layered. Chalky tannins. Big 15% alcohol content but who cares? Very nice. First bottle pulled of a half case we got when visiting the property 2.5 years ago. Def could take a good bit more time. The tannins seemed to flesh out with air. But still so refined with great balanced of deep earth, minerally fruit, excellent acid. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves. — 2 months ago

69 % Sauvignon Blanc, 22 % Vermentino, 5 % Viognier and 4 % Verdicchio.
Hand picked and whole cluster gentle pressing. In Barriques, 25 % new, 25% used and 50 % steel tank and concrete.
No malo fermentation.
6 months on fine lees contact with regular batonnage and 12 months in bottle. Pale straw yellow.
Crisp, racy acidity with freshness and complexity.
White flowers, white grapefruit, sage, aromatic herbs and fresh cut grass.
Very impressive.

Light golden in color.

Nose of citrus, limes, green apples, light yeast, minerals, spices, herbs and earth.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity, and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with ripe lemons, apples, limes, brioche, spices, earth, apricots and light forest floor.

Nice length on the finish with limes and spices.

What a delicious 15 year old Vintage Champagne. Nicely balanced and elegant. Still showing lots of fruits.

Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. Unfiltered.

12% alcohol by volume.
