Very young bottle–still has a very fruity taste. Tannic, but not too acidic. A great Barolo Nebbiolo. — 2 months ago
Decanted for about nine hours. Fresh raspberries, cherries, and a bit of mushrooms. Very elegant. Full-bodied, but not quite as powerful as other Barolos I’ve had over the years. — 8 months ago
Needs an hour decant. Prior to that discombobulated.
Immensely age worthy.
Nose: exquisite. Virgin pink roses. White flowers. The musk of beauty. So precise.
Hint of orange peel as it opens.
Palate: this ephemeral embryo of a cherry. Hint of cocoa. Silky. Just perfect.

Pure varietal
When you pour it the colour is bright, luminous
I reckon nebbiolo has the most sensual appearance ever..you can tell i am getting excited
Fruit here is sourced from Roero so the expression is slightly darker on the nose.
Tannin is smooth
Excellent stuff, truly elegant — 3 months ago
Enjoyed in Maui. Herbal and oaky nose. Low tannins. High acidity. Smooth but short finish. — a month ago
When initially opened, it was tight and I was hit in the face with tannin and acidity; obviously too young, decanted 1.5 hours and opened with aromas of licorice, anise, dried red flowers, tar, red berries. Palate evolved over 2.5 hours. Licorice, dried strawberry, forest floor, cranberry; still high acidity and tannin. Excellent wine, and has that sweet fruit profile absent of any residual sugar, which is always fascinating to me; blows lots of 60 dollar Barolo and barbaresco out of the water; I would let rest until at least 2027, and at that point I would expect a stunner. @Lyle Fass — 4 months ago

Sour candy and coca cola. Very soft tannins. This Arborina is in a great spot and truly singing! — 2 days ago
