Haven’t had this wine for several years but I feel Pigato had a moment in NYC back in 2016/2017 along with Rossese. Salty and sea breezy. Nice minerality. Not intensely powerful or searing like a chablis, but quite nice. — 2 years ago

Prior notes from 6 months ago still seem accurate. Thanks to my brother for this delicious lighter red. It’s almost as though making a lighter, food-friendly, warm-weather friendly red is becoming a lost art. They won’t get the high critic points, but there are so many circumstances where this is what works, but so few choices in this category. — 2 months ago

Nice rossese. Like a fleshier more peppery Italian style Beaujolais. With a bit of chill an excellent pairing with some chicken thighs cooked with shawarma seasonings. Acid maybe slightly lacking on the finish, but still nice. — 2 years ago
