Heritage Chablis Chardonnay 2022

Holy shit. Sheeeit.

Nose: utterly explosive. Lemon peel. Lemon oil. Stony. Blasty white flowers.

Palate: sweet lemon. Mineral. Acidic blast. Delicious.

$30ish.

Blind this is Grand cru. Is has the density. The complexity. Better than most grand crus.

What a winemaker !

Delicate nose of lemons and limes. Nice balanced mouthfeel with Granny Smiths and pears. Moderate weight and finish, with moderate acidity make this a great value buy.

Les Preuses Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2014

Prefer this to the Vaillons, a clearer through line with saline toward finish reminds you it’s Chablis. — 3 months ago
