Vintage 2015 | Italian rooftiles coloured rim, spicy smell and nicely developed velvety taste. Chinon that is aged can be só comforting. Cab franc shines. Paired with a simple but good spaghetti meatballs tomatosauce. It makes my day. — 6 months ago

Vintage 2016 | drank this a year ago and my opinion is the same: great balance because the wine has só much acidity that it gives counterplay to the sweet. Without food it is a wine with a lot of tension. With a home made brownie it became more rounded. Still potential for many many years. A treat. — a year ago
