Beautiful rose sparking - really light and balanced — 19 days ago
Champagne Taittinger established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux, itself established in 1734 & the 3rd-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunière, rich and complex. Pale yellow color, vibrant bubbles, crisp fruit aromas. Flavors of apples & pears, palate shows generous mineral and toasty oak notes integrated with the fruit. Absolute a must. — 3 months ago
Nothing like kicking off homemade pizza night with bubbly from Domain Carneros! Enjoyed with Niki Walter Richard Arthur Shannon & Ray at our place in Palo Alto! Perfect balance of dry with hints of strawberry. So fun - artichoke bruschetta sauce, vodka sauce & regular red sauce pizzas with lots of veggies & some sausage - something for everyone! Great company to celebrate deal commitments this week! — 14 days ago

One of the great vintages for this wine so rich & intense with a creamy texture. Outstanding! — 2 days ago
