This has all the traits that make Etna Reds so attractive. Medium bodied , red fruited with pronounced minerality. Vines planted on the pure Ellittico lava flow terroir. Predominantly Nerello Mascalese. As many tasters previously have said of Etna Rosso, a hypothetical blend of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. I will leave my last bottle for a couple of years. — 2 months ago
First time and quite an acquired taste. Long finish, profound straw color. Ginger, honey, stone fruit with a good amount of reduction. Good salinity. Decided to like it but not sure yet. Rare and happy to get 3 bottles. Leon and sons rock. — 4 days ago
Light, fruity, and slightly spiced on the nose. Dry, beautiful mouthful, doesn’t linger too long but doesn’t dissipate. Berry. — a month ago
think pinot or gamay. very nice — 2 months ago
Nose: blackberry flowers. Intense.
Palate: slightly tart blackberry fruit. Clean. Bright. A very well made simple wine. Grippy.
Long finish. — 15 days ago
Underrated. Maybe a bit one dimensional but chunky and fleshy, good balance between crushed and cooked fruit. Is what it is but in the end delicious. — a month ago
Slightly sweet, but tart with a dry finish—very easy to drink. — 2 months ago

That’s seriously delicious. Fresh, vibrant, balanced. Wild red fruits with a hint of herbal, basil? Thyme? Really lovely. Light-med body, almost glou-glou - could def take a slight chill. Really lovely from Cos. — 15 days ago
