Leave open at least one hour before consuming. Not amazing but just nice. Perhaps not worth $45 but this is a straightforward no-frills Burgundy that hits the right notes. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. The fruit is marked but not overwhelming. The acidity is a little strong but not marring. A good buy from a value appellation. — 5 months ago

Really an excellent cab franc. Have had stuff from Thierry Germain before but not this bottling. Perfect with a variety of Syrian dishes at Damas in Montreal. Bright, restrained fruit, excellent acid. Nice finish. — 4 months ago

Medium ruby , quite wide medium ruby garnet rim . This is quite aromatic , with earthy sous bois , violets , black pepper , garrigue . On the palate quite elegant and dark fruited , bright acidity and quite strict tannins . Good cassis, blackberry , menthol touches , sous bois , grafite finish .
