Very nice black pepper at first nose. Cherries, blackberries and acidity in mouth. A little bit high alcohol. Amarone as it should be. Rounded, soft, flex but full bodied with very gentle tanins. Should be a little bit generous to get a higher rate. But overall a great wine. Just a great choice for amarone mood. Always have it in my wine rack. — 7 days ago

Not your grandmothers clarete- whatever that may be. Light hibiscus in color, with strong notes of red currant, blood orange, cassis, and black cherry. A bit chewy & substantial on palate. While it’s not Rose, I could see serving this to someone who finds Lopez de Heredia Rose too funky or… like me, cost prohibiting. For about 70$ less, it’s delicious & fascinating. — 2 months ago

This was a bodybuilder not a muscle head.
Everything about this wine was muscular, and sculpted. Very well proportioned. Could have used hours in the decanter not the 30 minutes we gave it. Fans of this style of wine will love it.. — a month ago
