This is a blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. You know as soon as you taste it, it’s not the three traditional grapes associated with champagne or sparkling.
Lemon, lime pulp w/ zest sprinkled in, some beeswax, green apple, tropical melons with some honey dew rind, pineapple juice, cream that is slightly whipped, sea spray, some sea fossil notes-oyster, understated white & chalk, volcanics, limestone, bread dough notes, yellow lilies, spring flowers, round acidity with a decent finish that is highly polished & leans more into fruit as it sets. — 3 days ago

Let’s qualify this statement by saying that I’m not a wine connoisseur. That said, I really enjoyed this wine. Not overly sweet and smooth.. — 3 years ago

Vintage 2022 | if there was an Oscar for drinkability, this Burgundy would be a winner. Treacherous simple it seems but it is a good effort of the vintners. Beautiful Pinot expression in smell. Glou glou in taste, no frayed edges. No tannins whatsoever. Paired with grilled tunafish, red with fish pairs excellent. Do not think of putting it in the cellar, if you can enjoy it so much on a daily base now. Like! — 6 days ago
