Pale salmon color with strong bubbles. Smells like yeast and sea air. Mild mineral-y first impression followed by flavors of tangerine and aftertaste of grapefruit and nectarine. Dry. Mellow for a rose. Very pleasant. — 6 months ago
White Cap. Glorious nose of refined slate, lanolin, fresh herbs, some hints of apricot and green apple. So subtle, almost like an elegant Chablis crossed with Mosel. I am sure it will open more with air but the foundation is there for dynamite aromatics. Some sweet ginger now. Lime blossom. The palate is just awesome. Rich. chewy and dense but light as a feather and so elegant. Long and focused with sweet lime fruit and unreal purity. This is so close to a 9.7. Overnight the aromas are so stunning and the palate even more elegant but it stayed at 9.6. Actually got to a 9.7 as the finish just became transcendent and forever. — 6 months ago
Dark berries and cloves! Plenty of acidity. — 24 days ago
Green Cap. Gorgeous nose of tiny green tomatoes, but in the very best way, slate, ripe orange melon, some spice and wild mint, slate and pulverized rock dust. So nuanced and clear. Palate is rich and ripe and has just enough sweetness to add an extra dimension of texture. Juicy, stimulating, salty and incisive and has astonishing purity and depth. Green fruits and some melon in the palate and great length, balance and poise. Great acids and such wonderful tension between the acid, sugar, minerals and fruit. Wonderful length on the finish. Really lingers. Crazy value here. This became so much more complete on day 2. So tasty, textured and fresh. Just an astonishing wine. 9.5 to 9.6. — 4 months ago

GK. Absolutely fantastic. I love the combo of restraint and purity on the no star Molitor GK’s. Palate is just brilliant. Cut from a crystal it’s so pure with just the right amount of luscious sweetness and spice. Nose is slatey with dashes is stunningly pure fruit like apricot and green melon. Palate is super juicy and has great almost tannic grip and then that tannin explodes on the very long finish. Stunning. — 17 days ago
