Medium salmon pink colour, vigorous fine bubbles . Quite fresh and fruit driven , raspberry , strawberry , rose , orange rind and red currant . Nicely rounded with cool red fruits on the palate , red currant , cranberry , strawberry with orange rind and a slightly chalk tinged finish . Good length with fresh well balanced , moreish finish . This is the 07/23 disgorgment , so tastes young and very lively . With enough roundness and body to stand up to food this shows very well . Drink now and over the next couple of years — 4 months ago
