Deep purple in color with a short purplish rim.
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing blackberries, blueberries, black plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, licorice, herbs, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 6-year-old Malbec from Mendoza is still young, and a little harsh. I had it before and this time I let it open for a whole day.
Tangy and rich. Very extracted and a little unbalanced.

A bottle of Malbec to pair with Steak Frites tonight. — 5 months ago
Extremely compelling. If you could convince people here to shell that kind of money for Argentina fizz, it would be worth twice the price. White stone fruit, delicate florals, lengthy acid with some, rounded by a good press quality — 2 months ago
This quite nice after about two hrs and even then, the rhetorical fruit is faint. Full, dry, earthy, spiced, medium alcohol, hints of green vegetables and a highly tannic finish with hints of red cherry. I want to like this wine more but need steak to actually bring out the best in the wine. Cheers. — 6 months ago

Fantastic Malbec from Uco valley. Restrained fruit, but still enough red fruit comes through. Not a ton of tannin. Brightly acidic. Some alcohol that will probably settle down w time — 11 days ago
