2021 vintage.
100 % Pinot Grigio. Biodynamicly grown.
Founded 1823 , they have 140 acres under vine.
Bright straw yellow colour.
Ripe apple, melon and pear..
Savoury, earthy, rich and complex.
Dried herbs and rich textures .
One part pressed immediately, another part kept15 hours on skin contact and the rest in contact with stems and skins for 1 year.
This is not a simple Pinot Grigio.
It needs food.

This one is a winner. Delightful and graceful, my guests all loved it. We served it with a miso, coconut salmon curry and it was a beautiful pair. So much juice for the money! And the frizzante really is wonderful. — 3 months ago
If Sour Patch Kids grew up and gave birth to a grapefruit, it would be this wine. Subtly sparkling with aromas of strawberry and flavors of grapefruit and red fruit candies with an almost sour acidity.

This wine pours up in a medium-dark ruby color, with some rosy lavender hints around the rim. The nose hit me as almost unpleasantly funky. And I like funk. There is an extremely earthy quality to the smell, almost burying the dark fruit. The mouthfeel is a bit thin, and the palate shows flavors of plum, black currant and blackberry. Notes of cola become more noticeable on the finish, putting me in mind of a Pinot Noir. It is a clean, fresh sip, with no oak to get in the way. The tannins are tame, so pairing with chicken is probably a better idea than beef. — 4 months ago

Cuvee 2020 | 60 welschriesling 40 chardonnay, 50% stainless steel, 50% barriques, 131,7 rest sugar g/l. Botrytis smell, gold colour, extremely balance. Best sold wine from Alois Kracher and that is easy to understand. Awesome P/Q ratio. Perfect with blue cheese. — 5 days ago
