With four hours in the decanter and then consumer over a three hour dinner the wine was simply spectacular! — 2 months ago

Straw gold color. Aromas of white flowers, honey, oats and pie dough. Peach, cantaloupe and lemon on the palate with hints of toasted nuts and baking spice. Lovely creamy texture and a long lingering (and slightly funky) finish. Medium-light bodied. Crisp with well balanced acidity. — 3 months ago

A crazy nose. Smells like a Barolo. Stinky tar, intense and full. Tobacco and wood. Odd. Not unpleasant but would never think this was burg? — a month ago
Medium garnet , narrow garnet rim. Really elegant , meaty red fruits , red rose , touch of spice. On the palate lovely balance , with fresh acidity , suave tannins . Red cherry , strawberry, raspberry , touch of sous bois. Long on the finish , earthy , chalky finish. A model of elegance, and drinkability, really incredibly moreish , got better and better over 2 -3 hours . Showing well now but will continue well over the next 8-12 years — 6 months ago

Drinking great with its red & dark fruit, Asian spice, orange peel & floral notes. So good now that will continue to develop for many years — 15 hours ago
